Delete your Rebel account
How to delete your Rebel Telecom account and what happens to your data
How to delete your account
You can delete your Rebel account at any time from the Rebel Parent app. If you can no longer use the app, you can ask us to delete it for you — see “Can’t sign in?” below.
- Open the Rebel Parent app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm it’s you, then confirm the request — your account is disabled straight away.
What happens when you delete your account
What we delete
- Your account details and personal information (name, email, phone, address).
- Your children's data — their devices, locations, screen-time history, zones and device information.
What we keep
- Billing and tax records, which we're required by law to retain for 7 years. These are anonymised — the link to you as a person is removed, and only the financial record remains.
Your phone plan is not cancelled
Deleting your account does not cancel your Rebel phone plan or any active mobile lines. If you also want to end your service, please contact us separately so we can arrange it.
How long it takes
Your account is disabled immediately when you submit the request. We complete the deletion of your personal data within 7 days.
Can't sign in?
If you've uninstalled the app or can no longer sign in, you can still ask us to delete your account. Get in touch and we'll handle the request for you.
